Makeup classes are to be arranged with head coach and made up within 14 days of absence

Memberships holds are accepted for planned absences or medical reasons (with valid doctor's note) of over 21 days. One for every calendar year, $10 charge for additional holds

Membership cancellation/reactivation is subjected to a $10 charge

A 30 day cancellation notice required for all memberships

Centre is subjected to closure on statutory holidays and two weeks of closure during holidays
