Herve Pelage deeply values wellness, sports, and perseverance. Finding joy in every endeavor and sharing his knowledge brings immense fulfillment. As a certified personal trainer from the American Council, he has led an active lifestyle, excelling in various disciplines with 20 years of double dutch performance and street dance, 2 years of traditional jiujitsu, and 4 years of Muay Thai. Additionally, his passion for learning extends to traveling and DJ-ing, contributing to diverse experiences from training at Lions MMA to East Van Muay Thai.
